hello!
I am a coach and consultant with 20 years of human resources and leadership experience. I am passionate about helping people and teams be their best as they lead full, balanced and purposeful lives. I have expertise in all areas of human resources, including training, organizational development, talent development, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, performance management, recruiting, compensation and benefits. I have also coached people at all organizational levels to help them achieve new limits and to help their organization thrive.
Prior to becoming a coach and consultant, I gained leadership experience as Human Resources Director and member of the Executive Leadership Team for Vermont Energy Investment Corporation and Northern Power Systems. In addition, I love being an active member of my community, serving on the Board of Directors for the UVM Health Network Home Health and Hospice and Generator, as a member of Women’s United (a program of the United Way), and as a volunteer at Shelburne Community School and Cub Scout Pack 607. In all aspects of my life, I am committed to helping people, teams and organizations develop, grow and thrive.
I earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations through Cornell University. I am a graduate of the iPEC coaching program, a Certified Professional Coach, an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) and a 200-hour Yoga Teacher.
When I'm not working or volunteering, you can find me running, hiking, biking, boating, doing yoga, cooking and going on adventures with my two sons (ages 10 and 12) and my husband. I am proud to call Vermont home and love exploring and contributing to my community.
